Time-limited, culturally relevant, structured therapy for individuals, couples, and families in NC moving through a specific threshold: life transition, relational wound, spiritual deconstruction, or newly understood aspect of themselves. Insurance accepted.

YOU DON’T HAVE TO NAVIGATE THIS MOMENT ALONE

INVESTMENT

  • Phase 1 — Foundation (4 sessions)

We begin with an interpersonal framework, assessing your relational patterns, stabilizing your nervous system, and identifying the core wound or transition we'll be working with together. This phase sets the direction for everything that follows.

    Phase 2 — Your Lane (10-16 sessions)

Interpersonal Track — continued work with relational patterns, communication, grief, and role transitions. Structured, skills-building, and grounded in the present.

Somatic & Ancestral Track — we go deeper into the body, the lineage, and the intergenerational material living beneath the presenting wound. Somatic work, psychodynamic exploration, and ancestral healing woven together. Energy healing is available as a supplemental offering alongside this track.

  • Standard — approximately 10-16 sessions for a specific, defined transition, these can be weekly, bi-monthly or monthly depending on need, schedule, and urgency.

Extended — approximately 20-24 sessions for deeper relational work

Maintenance — ongoing monthly or seasonal support for those carrying relational or professional leadership roles or long-term relational complexity

  • Individuals and couples of the global majority navigating identity shifts, spiritual deconstruction, or religious trauma / those moving through grief and loss / relational rupture or repair — between partners, within self, or both / newly understood neurodivergence or diagnosis / couples doing foundational work before entering the eco-therapy intensive together / parent and adult child navigating repair or renegotiation / siblings processing shared family history or loss / any two or three people in a family system ready to do the relational work together / those who have been in therapy before and need something more expansive, more embodied, or more ancestrally resonant

We are queer-centered, trans-affirming, kink-aware, and kink-aligned, and enthusiastically supportive of ethically non-monogamous and consensually non-traditional relationship structures.

MODALITIES, RITUALS & THERAPEUTIC STRATEGIES

As we meet clients where they are, there are many ways of healing we hold simultaneously: the clinical and the ceremonial, the evidence-based and the ancestral, the somatic and the scholarly. We resist a binary interpretation of healing and allow the therapeutic container to evolve as it needs to. What we reach for in any given session is determined by what the body, the moment, and the work are asking for.

We are trained in:
