$1,825 – $5,025

Most therapy happens in fifty-minute windows, enough time to open something, rarely enough time to move all the way through it.

The eco-therapy intensive is built differently.

We leave ordinary life behind and spend between three and ten days together held by the land. This is work for relational units: couples navigating rupture or longing for deeper repair, chosen family at a crossroads, partners moving through identity transitions, intimacy blocks, or the accumulated weight of unspoken things. The land becomes a third presence in the room — a co-regulator, an ancestral witness, a container older and steadier than any of us.

This is not crisis intervention. It is for those who are resourced enough and ready to go deep. Investment reflects the duration of your intensive, the location, and the components you select together. Every intensive includes:

Post-intensive Virtual integration Session

After our travel together, we connect to integrate and intentionally close the work.

Body-Inclusive Adventure

One nature-immersive experience chosen with your nervous system, your body, and your capacity in mind — hot spring bathing, kayaking, hiking, snorkeling, a beach day, or something specific to the landscape you are inhabiting.

Learning Materials

A curated archive of reading, sound, and visual art drawn from the ancestral scholarship of the land you are visiting. Something to carry home.

Locally Guided Ceremony

A culturally specific ceremonial experience held by a local practitioner in relationship with the land.

DIASPORIC SITES OF HEALING

We offer intensives at ancestral sites across the African diaspora because we do not believe healing happens in a vacuum. It happens in relationship with place, with history, with the particular memory alive in the soil and water beneath your feet. In this way, we see nature and urban spaces and the waterways that run through them as co-therapists.

The US South — Durham, Charleston, New Orleans, Atlanta, and the surrounding Gullah Geechee coastline. This is the land that birthed African American people; it holds our grief, our resistance, our revolution, and our ongoing becoming.

The Great Migration Cities — Chicago, Detroit, New York, Philadelphia, Los Angeles. The cities our great-grandparents built when the South made thriving nearly impossible — Bronzeville, Harlem, Leimert Park — entire worlds constructed inside cities that did not want them there.

The Caribbean — Puerto Rico, Antigua, Jamaica, St. Lucia, Barbados and beyond. The layered histories of African, indigenous Taíno, and colonial experience. Land where syncretism, survival, and spiritual memory are alive in the soil.

South America — Brazil, Costa Rica, Mexico and beyond. Deep African diaspora roots, indigenous cosmologies, and ecosystems that have been sites of resistance and renewal for centuries.

THIS WORK IS ESPECIALLY RESONANT FOR

A WORD ON RELATIONAL SAFETY

Queer, trans, and expansive partnerships / couples navigating identity transitions or relational rupture / those in non-monogamous or non-traditional relationship structures / chosen family and intentional relational units / those doing ancestral or lineage healing work / parental repair/ those who have tried conventional therapy and need more

The eco-therapy intensive is not designed for relationships where abuse dynamics are present. Shared travel and immersive co-regulation require a baseline of physical and emotional safety between all participants. If you are unsure whether your relationship meets that threshold, please bring that question honestly to your consultation. We will not make that determination for you, but we will be honest with you, and we will never hold space for harm.

ON LAND STEWARDSHIP & RIGHT RELATIONSHIP

We do not arrive in these places as extractive tourists. We move through them as guests, in relationship with the people, healers, and communities who inhabit and steward these lands. These relationships are being built slowly, reciprocally, and over time. We are committed to being good stewards of every place we enter, and to ensuring that our presence contributes to rather than takes from the communities and ecosystems that make this work possible.

We are currently building location-specific relationships and partnerships. Not every site is available immediately, and that is intentional. We would rather offer fewer locations held with integrity than many held carelessly.

If you have a specific ancestral location calling to you, bring that to your consultation. We will tell you honestly whether we are ready to hold work there yet, or whether we are working toward it.
