family therapy
Time-limited, culturally relevant, structured therapy for traditional and chosen families in NC moving through a specific threshold: a life transition, painful history, or relational wound. Super bills available, Insurance pending.
YOU DON’T HAVE TO NAVIGATE THIS MOMENT ALONE
You are in the middle of something: a transition, a rupture, a family threshold that is asking for more than what you might have at the moment. This is structured, culturally grounded therapy for traditional and chosen families ready to move through it together.
THIS WORK IS ESPECIALLY RESONANT FOR
Families of the global majority navigating identity shifts or intergenerational trauma / those moving through grief and loss / relational rupture or repair / newly understood neurodivergence or diagnosis / parents and adult children navigating repair or renegotiation / siblings processing shared family history or loss / people who are not related but choose to be in a non-romantic relational unit together / any two or three people in a family system ready to do the relational work together / those who have been in therapy before and need something more expansive, more embodied, or more ancestrally resonant
